GENERAL HOMECARE HEALTH AND DESINFECTION

Construction or renovation work is often associated with the production of dirt and dust. In order to look after the appearance of your final product, it may be appropriate to use high-pressure cleaning services.

We offer a variety of services to help with construction work, so that its appearance is representative of the quality of the work. This includes, but is not limited to, the provision of residual debris, sweeping of floors (sweepers, vacuum cleaners, etc.), dust removal and wall cleaning, window washing, framing and window dressing, and carpet cleaning.

HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANING

When the level of dirt and dust generated during work is very high, it may be appropriate to use high-pressure cleaning services.

High-pressure cleaning is a method we use to remove dirt that is embedded by the use of pressurized water. Our various high-performance equipment allows us to heat water in order to adapt its pressure to the work to be carried out, in order to promote efficient cleaning. We are able to integrate various cleaning agents adapted to your specific needs.

High-pressure cleaning can be used for a variety of purposes, from cleaning exterior siding (brick, stone, aluminum, vinyl, etc.) to other materials (asphalt, solid pavement, cement slabs, recycled plastic, etc.).

FLOOR WASHING, STRIPPING AND WAXING

Step by step, the floors tend to become more and more worn out and dirty. Maintenance can be performed periodically to limit their degradation. However, it is sometimes necessary to carry out a more in-depth reconstruction, in particular by replacing surfaces or by stripping and polishing existing floors in order to restore their appearance.

Floor maintenance begins with the analysis of floors (surface, materials, wear, etc.). Once your needs have been identified, we will clean your surfaces to remove dirt that is embedded. When floors are clean, the anterior wax layers are dissolved by stripping, when required (existing floors previously waxed). The dissolution of wax layers requiring acidic solutions, they must be neutralized before they can receive new wax layers. Once the neutralization is done, layers of wax are successively applied to protect your floors from further wear.
